La prima volta nello Champagne

Durante l'ultimo Natale io e la mia famiglia abbiamo deciso di voler visitare la Francia del nord per poter esaudire il mio desiderio di visitare una cantina di Champagne. Io, da appassionato enologo, ho deciso di mettermi alla ricerca delle cantine più famose e importanti della regione e ho così scoperto Pommery. Prenotata con facilità la visita e degustazione, una delle migliori per qualità/prezzo della zona, abbiamo così potuto osservare da vicino dove viene prodotto uno dei vini più famosi del mondo. In conclusione posso consigliare questa esperienza a tutti, non solo agli intenditori, per poter passare un ottimo pomeriggio con la propria famiglia in un dei posti più luoghi più affascinanti della Francia.

Jolie cave et musée très instructif. Trop d'art moderne et pas assez d'info sur la fabrication du champagne = peut-être qu'une vidéo de la fabrication aurait été plus pratique que l'audio guide à télécharger sur nos tel perso (seulement 1 personne de nous trois l'a réellement écouté). En tout cas même si cela n'était pas prévu, la visite au frais par temps de canicule était la bienvenue.

Visite incroyable des caves Pommery qui sont mises en valeur avec des objets d'art et des créations originales. Nous avons également visité la Villa demoiselle, c'est un lieu extraordinaire avec une très belle rénovation chaque pièce est mise en valeur avec son mobilier et des œuvres de grands créateurs. Bien évidemment nous avons apprécié la dégustation du champagne et l'accueil. Le personnel est très compétent, souriant, bienveillant.

The reception was great, the art-style of the tour and the museum was not my kind of taste. The lighting was horrible to read the paper guide. The drink at the end was good though.
