Notre guide Héléna très sympathique et à l'écoute. Elle connaît son sujet et son métier. Elle prend le temps de bien expliquer. Est attentionnée vis-à-vis des participants car étant moins valide, elle attendait et ne marchait pas trop vite pour que je puisse suivre. J'ai apprécié cette attention. Très bonne dégustation et geste commercial accordé après l'achat de bouteilles

Visite très instructive avec une guide qui maîtrise parfaitement l'histoire de la maison ainsi que toutes les étapes de l'élaboration du champagne. La dégustation en fin de visite est menée en douceur, à notre rythme et là encore, la connaissance des vins proposés est parfaite. Une très belle expérience riche en enseignements.

Nous avons effectué la visite de la Maison Lanson avec comme guide Odran. Ce fut pour nous une magnifique découverte. La visite a été très instructive et agréable. Les explications étaient claires et la visite magnifique. La dégustation qui a suivi la visite nous a permis de découvrir certains produits de la gamme Lanson et nous les recommandons à 100% Cela reste une des meilleures visites que nous avons fait et une belle découverte gustative. Nous reviendrons très certainement.
