About the winery

Located in Aÿ, a 100% Grand Cru village in the heart of the Champagne region and close to Epernay, our family has been growing vines and making wine for several generations. We work in harmony with nature to give birth to champagnes of terroir, full of aromas. The poppy symbolizes this commitment.

Notre hôte maîtrise son sujet à la perfection. La visite est organisée par la propriétaire ; et la fabrication du champagne n’a aucun secret pour elle. Cerise sur le gâteau, la recherche du respect de la terre, des techniques anciennes, et de la création de À à Z. Une merveilleuse après-midi.

We were taken around by Clementine who was very knowledgeable and, despite this not being our first visit to Champagne, we learned a lot. The champagne was delicious and we had to buy some!

We had a great time at Dauby. Our guide was knowledgeable and attentive, and the tour was extensive. We even got to see the workers handling the press and try the wine juice. The champagnes were great too !! I
