About the winery

Located in Aÿ, a 100% Grand Cru village in the heart of the Champagne region and close to Epernay, our family has been growing vines and making wine for several generations. We work in harmony with nature to give birth to champagnes of terroir, full of aromas. The poppy symbolizes this commitment.

Excellent in every sense. Wonderful independent producer with its own cellar and production. Excellent guide and no-pressure tasting. We learnt a lot.

We had a lovely tour a the house of Dauby. We were with just 4 pers. and Clementine told us so much on the whole proces of grape growing, and the making of the champagne. The tour in the caves was also very interesting. Also the tasting afterwards was interesting with a lot of information. Thanks a lot!

We had this tour with Clementine who was lovely! She guided us through Dauby houseand the whole process of making champagne. She answered all my questions very kindly and she was very precise in the information. We liked their champagnes, there is something special to taste.. but of course It depends on your own taste!
