Domaine Bernard Haas & Fils

La visite menée par Elsa, dynamique, nous a beaucoup plu. Commencer par les vignes est une très bonne idée. Elsa répond volontiers à toutes les questions et s'adapte à nos goûts pour la dégustation. Nous sommes repartis avec 3 coffrets.

We had a really good time on Our guided Tour of the winery. We were shown all the steps of the wine making process. The wine tasting in the Shop of this family owned business was the perfect Endung. We van definitely recommend booking a Tour.

We had a great time visiting this family company where passion for their products excells. Especially the "vinotheek" is really cool. A great way to understand how the process from grape to wine works for a modern day medium to small farmer. And to top it of a great tasting of some of their products. All in all totally worth the money.

Super accueil, découverte d'un vignoble familial qui fait plaisir à voir. Merci beaucoup à Elsa qui nous a permis de déguster un florilège de leur production. Les vins sont vraiment excellents. Mais que l'Alsace est belle ?.

After a beautiful walk up to the chateau and round the local vines, we had a gorgeous lunch at the Pause Salon de The and headed to Bernard Haas & Fils for a 2pm tour and taste. Ella our host, and daughter of Bernard, was very welcoming, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Following an introduction to the vines and how they manage their 14 hectares across a history of 5 generations, through a tour of the wine making process in their super modern winery, and on to their tasting rooms & shop in the heart of Kayserburg. Elsa allowed us to taste whatever was on their comprehensive menu, providing suggestions of food pairings and occasions. We had a lovely time, as did the other tourers and tasters in the shop. Thank you Famille Haas!

Als er geld wordt gevraagd voor een proeverij is het m.i. de gewoonte om wat brood en een klein borrelplankje te serveren. De rondleiding was goed verder. Mooi bedrijf met goede wijnen.

We zullen het zeker aanbevelen. Zeer professioneel en helder uitgelegd. Op alle vragen kregen we een degelijk antwoord.

Elsa was very welcoming and friendly. She gave a a fascinating overview of the business and answered our questions perfectly, giving us good advice and thoughtful suggestions during the wine tasting. The wines are wonderful.
