The staff were very welcoming, and the guide was excellent. Enthusiastic, engaging, and knowledgeable about the champagne-making process. The explanations were interesting and never boring, with some well-timed humor that made the experience even more enjoyable. The drinks were also very good and thoughtfully presented. I’m very happy I chose to book this experience.

We enjoyed this tour a lot. The information in the cellars was just enough with some humor in between! The duration of the tour was perfect and the tasting was also done in a great way with lots of extra information and time for questions. Price quality was perfect!

Visited as a couple on 18 March. Outstanding guide - informative, enthusiastic and very well organised. Really interesting tour and great tastings! A must do whilst in Reims!!
