Champagne Jacquinot & Fils

Heel goed om naast de grotere huizen ook eens het verhaal te zien en horen van een kleiner huis, maar minstens even fijne champagne. De dame die ons rondleidde deed dat fantastisch, in het Engels. Het productieproces heel goed getoond en uitgelegd, mooie cave (goede oefening voor de beenspieren want stevige trappen naar beneden en dus ook weer naar boven, want de lift is enkel om champagneflessen naar boven te brengen). De tasting nadien heel fijn: goed uitgelegd, keuzes tussen verschillende soorten en tasting ook in één ruimte waardoor je de verschillende glazen nog kan vergelijken nadat je 3 soorten geserveerd kreeg. Aanrader.

Nous avons suivi une visite guidée très intéressante, avec la découverte des caves et de l'ensemble de l'exploitation. Les différentes étapes de la fabrication du champagne nous ont été expliquées de manière très claire. Comme il s'agit d'une petite exploitation, on peut très bien observer ici les gestes artisanaux ! Nous avons ensuite dégusté différents champagnes : un vrai délice !

A lovely personal tour of the cottage industry style Jacquinot and Fils with just four of us on the tour. Nice length to the tour with a friendly guide and any questions easily answered. The tunnels that store the wine are amazing. The choice of five champagnes were lovely and we did buy some bottles to take away.

Friendly tour guide. A short visit to the chalk cellar with original walls and tour of the operation area. The champagnes are reflective of their terroir. Refreshing and light.

Er is ons veel verteld en we hebben het hele proces min of meer gezien dat was super interessant de proeverij was ook prima we hebben een set glazen gekocht want die zijn prachtig en passend bij deze mooie herinnering een aanrader!

Rdv fixé au dernier moment nous avons été reçu à l heure prévue et dans le timing annoncé (1h30). Prise direct avec une maison plus à taille humaine. La visite est intéressante, les termes employés sont accessibles aux non initiés et les cuvées dégustées variées à des prix très abordables. Nous recommandons.
