Champagne Phlipaux Père & Fils

C'est avec grand plaisir que nous recommandons cette visite. Vigneron indépendant nous avons été reçu comme à la maison et avons pu déguster un très bon champagne visiter les vignes et leur local. Les explications étaient très claires. Merci à vous ce fut un très bon moment !

Nous avons étés très bien accueillis , avec de très bonnes explications sur le champagne et une très bonne dégustation de plusieurs très bons et différents champagnes de cette maison familiale . A refaire et a conseiller.

Wat een vriendelijke ontvangst! Gepassioneerde uitleg en uitgebreide tasting… Het zal helemaal af zijn wanneer in de toekomst hun cave ingericht is als degiustatieruimte. Een aanrader!

We cannot thank enough Karine and Vincent for this tour and tasting of their excellent champagne “Phlipaux Père & Fils”. The whole process of the making of the champagnr explained by both Karine and Vincent was amazing. We went by car to their vineyards, tasted their different grapes, tasted the fermentation, and at the end of course their excellent champagnes. Thanks a lot for your personal and very welcoming tour. We enjoyed it very much???

Klein huis, maar zeer zeker de moeite waard. Zeer lekkere champagne en betaalbaar. Vriendelijk ontvangst (ondanks dat we 30 min te vroeg waren) en gasten die niet gereserveerd hadden waren ook welkom. Wij komen terug!!

It was super easy to reserve the champagne tour online. Even though we arrived at Phlipaux Père et Fils a half hour before our reserved time, the host said “no problem” and we were able to start right away.She shared the background of the champagnes that we tasted, showed us the cellar and the containers with “raw champagne,” and then we drove to the bottling plant. It was great to see the fascinating process of removing the yeast from the bottles, then re-corking them.Everyone was so friendly, and we learned a lot! The tour finished at a beautiful spot on top of the vineyard, where we tasted one more type of champagne.Full points to friendliness and the personal touch! This was one of the high points of our vacation in France!

Nous avons eu le plaisir de déguster d'excellents champagnes et de visiter le domaine en compagnie de Karine. Nous avons pu découvrir tout le processus de fabrication et nous avons terminé la visite en sirotant une coupe devant les vignes. Ce fut une rencontre exceptionnelle et très enrichissante.
