It is from Passy-Grigny, in the Valley of the Marne, that the champagne Dom Caudron draws his origins. In this place, a famous Abbot (Aimé Caudron) had the visionary idea to gather all the wine growers of the village to be able to make them live on a common passion: the Meunier Grape Variety.
Thanks to this production tool, the Meunier Variety ... evolved and gave life to a wide range of expressions, from the simplest to the most complex. Indeed, champagnes in the modern, gastronomic or still charming gustative styles are born.

Established at 2 hours from Paris by car, we invite you to come to discover the wings of the manufacturing of our champagnes, all this through a detailed visit. You will appreciate the former presses and the tools in the ecomuseum, a movie of approximately 20 minutes about the work of the wine grower, the modern cuverie down from a 6 meter footbridge.
