Une très belle expérience dans la continuité de notre week-end reimois. Au programme: dégustation de 5 champagnes maison avec planche de charcuterie et de fromage. Un accueil chaleureux de Ludovic qui vous transmet sa passion du champagne tout au long de la dégustation avec un dosage parfait entre histoire, technique de fabrication, anecdotes et conseils de dégustation.Nous avons pu finalement découvrir plus de 5 champagnes en partageant nos coupes (nous étions 2 ) et découvrir ainsi une grande partie de la gamme. Nous sommes repartis heureux (avec quelques bouteilles ?) ainsi qu’une date prise pour une masterclasse avec nos deux grands enfants. Nous étions déjà amateurs de Pierre Mignon et sommes ravis d’avoir découvert d’autres cuvées. Toutes délicieuses . La maison Pierre Mignon propose un excellent rapport qualité prix. Come for the wine, stay for the amazing education

What a delightful experience! We had an abundant selection of wines, including a few that were truly unique. It so happened that we were visited on a weekday in the shoulder season (April) and were the only guests. Ludovic, the sommelier, has a breathtaking knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, the world of wine and, of course Champagne in particular. You can tell that wine and music are his two great passions and we spent several hours discussing both over multiple tastings, paired with a selection of local delicacies. With no one else there, we could have stayed all day! Truly a remarkable experience and we learned so much!
One of a kind tasting experience at Pierre Mignon

During our visit to Epernay, we enjoyed a wonderful two-hour private tasting at Pierre Mignon, hosted by the gracious Ludovic Paste Rapicault. It was an incredible experience to have a private tasting with a knowledgeable sommelier who explained the background, horticulture, and legend of the Pierre Mignon brand, as well as the deep history of the area. It was definitely a highlight of our stay in Epernay. We will return and bring our friends and family to experience this exquisite champagne in a small, intimate setting. We are so grateful to Ludovic for making this an unforgettable experience. Thank you!

The sommelier from Pierre mignon is a true professional and an amazing host. We felt very welcome and we learned so much. We left the tasting happy with som amazing bottles :) We actually bought some more bottles for Pierre Mignon when we came home to Sweden!
