Champagne Lombard

Nous avons visité la cave et notre guide a pris énormément de temps à nous partager son expérience, c’était passionnant. En revanche nous avons trouvé la dégustation un peu décevante, les verres étaient minuscules.

Een gids van 20 jaar die zoveel kennis heeft over wijn, wijn maken, terroir, champagne, smaken etc. Een diepe buiging. En iemand die in het Engels zo helder zijn kennis kan overbrengen. Een nog diepere buiging. Rondleiding en proeverij bij Lombard zijn een aanrader. Het is ook veel fijner om een rondleiding en proeverij bij een kleiner champagnehuis te doen. Meer aandacht voor bezoekers en vaak ook betere champagne voor vriendelijkere prijzen.

Très belle visite. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par un jeune homme très sympathique et passionné par son métier. Ses explications étaient vraiment riches et claires. Tant lors de la visite des caves que lors de la dégustation.

Unser Guide Fermon hat uns eine sehr engagierte Einführung in die Besonderheiten der Champagnerherstellung gegeben. Jetzt wissen wir als Laien, wie es früher und wie heute die Herstellung passieren. Wieviel Etfshrung und Können es Bedarf ein wirklich gutes und einzigartiges Produkt zu erstellen. Bei der Verkostung mit 4 Champagnern ist uns klar geworden was Champagne Lombard von den gängigen bekannten Marken unterscheidet: Qualität statt Quantität. Liebe zum Champagner und vor allem die Individualität der einzelnen Produkte. Ich habe froh Champagne Lombard mit Fermon kennen gelernt zu haben. Vielen Dank!

It was a nice experience

We have really enjoyed the tour at champagne Lombard, nice experience while in Epernay. Small group, nice to see the cellars and the good explanation from the staff. The champagne tasting was excellent, enjoyed it, also a surprise to test their gin. We have bought a couple of bottles so will enjoy their champagne at home again. Really can recommend this tour.
