Founded in 1956 in Ville-sur-Arce thanks to the initiative of five visionary winegrowers, Maison Chassenay d'Arce today brings together nearly 130 families united by four generations. Fantastic wine cellar tour and tasting

It was great! We were a small group of four people. The guide spoke perfect English! We did a wine cellar tour, which was fantastic. We tasted several champagnes (three or four bottles), and he explained all the flavors. I ended up buying five bottles of champagne, it was perfect!

C'était super, c'était niquel ! Les explications et visite étaient chouette! J'ai beaucoup aimé la dégustation avec les accompagnements pour faire remonter tout ça! Le jeune homme qui nous a fait la visite et la dégustation étaient top!

Super expérience ! Nous avons eu l'occasion de découvrir la coopérative ainsi que les champagnes de la maison. La visite était très intéressante et personnalisée et la dégustation sur mesure avec des explications. Merci pour ce moment !

A really interesting afternoon

The tour gave us a good insight into the process. Knowledgeable guide who answered our numerous questions! Great to see all the equipment used and understand the changes over the years and how the cooperative came together. The champagne tasting was informative and we felt very welcomed. The guys English was very good too which helped. Would highly recommend.

En un mot, c'était fantastique ! Nous étions venus uniquement pour une dégustation. Nous étions les seuls invités. Antoine nous a expliqué en anglais ce qui détermine le goût des différents champagnes. Pendant la dégustation, il était agréable de pouvoir choisir soi-même trois types de champagnes. Nous avons également eu droit à une visite des caves. Nous n'avions pas réservé, mais nous sommes ravis qu'Antoine nous l'ait proposé. C'est une visite que nous recommandons vivement !C'était une visite spontanée pour nous, mais nous recommandons vivement à tous de réserver une dégustation et une visite des caves ici !
