Thank you to Alain our guide who was fantastic! Hugely knowledgeable and talked us through how champagne is made and then the wines we were tasting. The Grand Crus were so good we just had to buy some!

Visite très instructive et claire sur les différentes étapes de la fabrication du champagne et les différents types de celui-ci. Quant aux 2 champagnes testés, j'aurais préféré retrouvé des aromes plus fruités.

La maison Charles Mignon est absolument à recommander. On a reçu de très bonnes explications lors de la visite et la dégustation a été très bonne aussi. Rapport qualité prix très bon.

Oh quelle charmante expérience ! Rien de tel que de descendre dans une cave humide pour écouter, encore une fois, l'histoire est fascinante des bulles de Champomy. Je ne reviendrais jamais.
