We had a lovely tour of the cellars and enjoyed some gorgeous vintage champagnes. Our guide was very informative, friendly and welcoming and happy to answer all our questions. We thoroughly recommend the tour to everyone.

Prima rondleiding. Naam van de gids vergeten. Mannelijk persoon. Er wordt wel gevraagd waar je vandaan komt, maar niet of je de Engelse taal machtig bent. Wij zijn dat voor 60%. Het zou fijn zijn met een headset te werken, die direct vertaalt in je eigen taal, wat de gids vertelt. Nu missen we steeds een gedeelte.
Commercieel maar fantastische ervaring

Hoewel we dachten dat het wel wat zou kunnen tegenvallen omdat het een en al commercie ademt was de ontvangst geweldig. We hadden een Franstalige tour maar die dan was werkelijk fantastisch en ze sprak ook Nederlands en Duits dus het was prima te volgen. Het verhaal over Moët & Chandon de rondleiding en proeverij was in één woord subliem en een echte aanrader. We hebben ons een fles Ice Impérial gegund.

We had a great time. Your guide, Violetta, was very knowledgeable and passionate and we learned a lot about this champagne house. The tasting was also quite nice, in a private salon, with two selected grand vintage champagnes.

I recently joined the one-hour tour at Moët & Chandon, and overall, the experience was rather underwhelming. The tour itself felt quite brief and the information provided came across as somewhat superficial and at times not very knowledgeable.The champagne tasting was drawn out, but for only two glasses and with very little explanation about the champagne itself, it didn’t feel particularly engaging or worth the time.On the positive side, the group size was well managed, which made the tour more comfortable. However, considering the price point, I believe there are far better and more informative tours available in and around the Champagne region.

From moment signed in, staff were wonderful. The trip was amazing. Never knew what went into the making of champagne. So well explained, answered all our questions showed us all the amazing history and background of the making of champagne. The guide was very informative but not pushy. The tasting was the icing on the cake, and all on a wonderful day, sunshine. Couldn’t have asked for more..
