Château Villemaurine is a grand cru classé whose name originated in the 7th century. Its 7-hectare vineyard is ideally located on the limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion, a few metres from the eastern rampart of the medieval city classified by UNESCO.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment avec Carine qui nous a présenté le domaine avec passion et nous a expliqué toute la fabrication de leur grand cru classé. Moment très enrichissant, culturel et passionnant. On a adoré!

Visite très intéressante, originale, dans un lieu magique avec une très belle dégustation. la guide était passionnée, passionnante, très pédagogue, connaissait parfaitement les métiers du vin. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment.

La personne qui nous a guidée était très intéressante, elle nous a expliqué le travail de la vigne et de la récolte tout au long de l'année, l'importance du terrain calcaire, et ce qui en découle. Originaire de la région du beaujolais, j'ai pu comparer les différentes méthodes et j'ai trouvé cela très intéressant.
