Château de Pressac, Grand Cru Classé

Amazing wine, and guide Guiseppe!

It was pouring with rain when we arrived. But this was a brilliant tour of Chateau de Pressac irrespective. The tour guide was excellent, the views were amazing, the wine tasting was brilliant...and the company on the tour was most enjoyable. Ten out of ten for us.

Si votre souhait est de visiter un beau domaine viticole, dans un cadre environnemental exceptionnel, au Château de Pressac vous êtes au bon endroit. Nous avons fait une visite presque privilégiée, car nous n'étions que 2 avec notre guide (autres visites en anglais) ce qui lui a permis de répondre tranquillement à toutes nos questions, de nous faire visiter le Chai avec explications détaillées, et enfin de faire une super dégustation, avec là encore beaucoup de détails très intéressants. La visite a largement dépassé le temps prévu initialement, et nous en sommes sortis ravis. Merci mille fois a notre guide, qui bien que jeune, fait preuve de beaucoup d'expérience, d'engagement dans son métier, de gentillesse et de convivialité. Nous recommandons hautement la visite du château de Pressac.

This was a great visit, stunning chateau for some great photo opportunities and the wine was first class. the hostess really knew her stuff and you can tell she really enjoyed her job whichbis important. Explained the whole wine making process then the tasting made a lot more sense. just had to buy some of their wines and will definitely recommend to others

My husband and I visited the Chateau de Pressac near St Emilion on September 11th. The view was breath-taking, and the perhaps disputed connection of the chateau with the Hundred Years War added to the appeal.Our group was delayed by the very late arrival of various of its supposedly French-speaking members but Lisa, our guide, got off to a gallant start about 20 minutes late. She knew her stuff and replied unhesitatingly to questions. On the rare occasions when she didn't know something, she said so.The tasting was well constructed and useful. We left with a clutch of bottles under our arm.Well worth the trip.

We had an absolute 5-star experience at Chateau Pressac. Our host was fluent in 3 languages and quite knowledgeable. He was very thorough in telling us about the history of the chateau, how the new owner replanted the vines and the unique vino fixation process.The wines are very reasonably priced and tastes like higher quality than the price point. Simply delicious. We preferred the Cru Classé to the second label but both were excellent.100% would recommend.

Our guid had all the knowledge and history of the Château and wine making process. We enjoyed it so much that we can highly recommend booking a tour with them.
