Nous avons su apprécier notre visite des vignes du domaine, seuls avec la guide qui nous a fait découvrir les bases de la culture de la vigne. Apres la balade en 4x4 nous avons fini par une visite et une dégustation au domaine, très sympathique et très goûtu. Merci à notre guide qui terminait son alternance avec nous :)

Nous avons, mon amie et moi, beaucoup apprécié la visite de ce très beau domaine. La cave des foudres est magnifique! Les deux personnes qui se sont occupées de nous, 2 jeunes filles, ont été très accueillantes et leurs explications étaient intéressantes et claires La dégustation fut un moment très convivial! J'ai hâte de boire les vins que j'ai ramené

Ce que l'on retient de notre expérience : calme, beauté, gentillesse, mais aussi très instructif ! C'est un lieu paisible avec des gens qui ont le sens de l'accueil.

Nous sommes venus à l'occasion de la fête des pères (une semaine après du moins) afin de découvrir l'un des domaines producteurs de vins d’appellation "Pic Saint-Loup". Une chouette visite, durant laquelle notre guide nous a présenté les divers protocoles de fabrication des différentes gammes présentes sur site (Haut Lirou). Une très belle collection de vins, qui méritent d'être goûtés tant l'originalité permet de découvrir de somptueux arômes si fidèles aux vins du Sud de la France. Enfin, un superbe domaine, loin des villes alentours à Montpellier, dont le cadre saura vous apaiser. Merci encore et bonne continuation au personnel qui travaille sur ce domaine !

First stop on our self guided tour of the region. The winery has roaming peacocks, comfortable outdoor chairs for sitting and chatting with a bottle of wine and a picnic. Our tasting was hosted by a college student studying the industry. He was friendly and knowledgeable. There was an additional study also on site who provided us with a list of great restaurants to try in Montpellier near where we were staying. We made it to a couple and the one she noted as her favorite became ours, as well. Perfect was to start off our tour - great wine, charming people and a beautiful setting.
