Overall the visit was well organised with good use of audio visual explanations. Unfortunately however, the French accent of the guide made her comments difficult to understand, in addition, her voice was very soft and difficult to hear. She was not always able to respond clearly to questions posed by the visitors. She had a very welcoming personality and her presentation at the tasting was engaging.I think it's worth mentioning at the outset that there is a section of the presentation ( the VR ) that requires about 20 minutes of standing. This is difficult for some patrons.

Je suis venu un peu pour occuper une fin d apres midi apres un parcours sur le golf du cognac. Et bien nous n avons pzs ete decu!! Visite guidée et degustation en compagnie de Lucie, passionnée et passionnante quant il s’agit de conter et d expliquer la saca du cognac Hennessy. Ns avons decouvert un processus d elaboration et de maturation des differents cognacs hennessy extremement complexe, faisant appel à un savoir faire et a une expertise transmis de facon generationnelle sur plusieurs siecles par des familles et des artisans passionnés. Une experience tres enrichissante , que je ne saurais trop recommander !!
One of a kind tour

My friends and I went on the immersive tour and we were all impressed. The history of the company was interesting, the tour guide Struan was amazing and even assisted in getting content for my recordings. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The tasting was quite elegant and I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn about Cognac. My one recommendation would be maybe adding one more cognac to taste such as the X.X.O .

This was such a great tour, came with my family and everyone loved it. So interesting, our tour guide was brilliant and the VR bit was amazing - something different. Would recommend!!
