We had a lovely time taking the small tour of the winery. Lovely guide that explained all about the wine process. Some lovely cheeses to compliment the wine at the end of the tour.

Le domaine est magnifique et l'accueil d´Alice et de Mme Rambier très sympathique.Certes on déguste 5 vins mais pour une dégustation payant on pouvait espérer goûter un vin premium. Dommage je reste sur ma faim

Adèle nous a régalé dans un fabuleux wine tour en 4x4 pour découvrir terroir et cépages du Pic Saint Loup en visitant le Domaine du HAUT LIROU appartenant à la famille RAMBIER. Notre guide (Adèle), étudiante en alternance dans le domaine du tourisme nous a fait découvrir ce magnifique domaine et par sa forte connaissance du milieu viticole nous a communiqué de nombreuses informations tant sur le domaine, les cépages, la vie de la vigne : Une vraie encyclopédie agrémentée d'anecdotes. De retour au domaine, c'est la visite des caves et les procédés de vinification qu'Adèle nous a présentés avant de nous faire gouter les principaux vins du domaine. Ce fut donc une matinée très agréable, ensoleillée et très joyeuse ! Merci Adèle pour votre connaissance et votre sympathie !
