The distillery

It was in 1872, just outside La Rochelle, that Jules Normandin invested in the La Péraudière estate to age his cognacs.
Audrey and Édouard, the 5thᵉ generation, carry on the know-how of their ancestors with eaux-de-vie from the best Cognac AOC vintages: Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne.
