About the winery

For more than 14 generations, the Fabre family has been passionate about wine. This makes it one of the oldest winemaking families in the Languedoc appellations. Since 1605, the vineyards have evolved through balanced alliances, always remaining close to the land and the vines, today with a total of 5 châteaux in the Languedoc.

Une équipe passionnante et passionnée, l’escape game est accessible à tous; et même si on n’est pas des as de l'énigme, pas de déception ! Nous avons passés un excellent moment en enchaînant l’escape game et la visite guidée et dégustation; ce qui permet d’allier divertissement; histoire et découverte des vins ! Très vivement recommandé !

We spent a highly enjoyable time learning about the history of the Languedoc region and Fabre family, as well as touring the Chateau and wine cellar. Afterwards, the visit was made more memorable and complete by tasting a great variety of the family wines. We certainly recommend the experience to anyone else interested in extending their knowledge of winemaking, regional history, or simply looking to taste new and exciting wines.

Nous sommes allés entre amis faire un escape game / degustation au Chateau de Luc… Et nous n’avons pas été deçus !Le jeu était ludique, pédagogique et nous avons passé un super moment, suivi d’une degustation trés généreuse et complete par Jeanne. Je vous recommande à 100% !

Très bon accueil. Visite très intéressante mêlant histoire et vinification. Dégustation avec des vins très intéressants issus de plusieurs domaines dont le chateau Luc et d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Le Boutenac et le Minervois sont excellents.

Merci beaucoup de cet accueil chaleureux, de la visite tellement enrichissante et de la dégustation fabuleuse qui nous a permis découvrir non seulement l'histoire de la famille Fabre mais aussi l'histoire du vin languedocien !

Our visit was an excellent contrast to our other visit in the languedoc. We had visited and stayed the night at Chateau L'Hospitalet of uber-wine maker Gerard Bertrand. Visiting the Fabre family was a super nice contrast. The wines of the family, sold in the US and in Texas, were sometimes not as elaborate as those of Bertrand may be, but still an excellent show of how good wines in Langeudoc area are. Definitely would recommend the visit to anyone interested in seeing more traditional winemaking in the Languedoc area
