About the winery

The Maison Cazes opens its doors to you to discover its winery where "the Catalan way of life" is omnipresent.

I regret to say that I forgot the name of the young lady who looked after us but she was excellent. Unfortunately she was on her own in the area and was having to leave us to welcome and look after clients purchasing goods which detracted a bit from the event but it was not her fault and she did her very best to look after us and I emphasise she was excellent. However a good experience and the wines were of top quality.

Érem 4 i ens va encantar l’experiència! El tracte va ser fantàstic des del primer moment: molt proper, simpàtic i atent. Ens va preguntar quin tipus de vi ens agradava i va anar adaptant la cata als nostres gustos, portant-nos vins que realment ens van agradar molt.Vam gaudir tant dels vins com de la conversa i de l’ambient. Una cata molt divertida, agradable i gens encarcarada, d’aquelles que passen volant. Molt bon vi, molt bon tracte i moltes rialles. Repetiríem encantats! ??

Nous avons passé un très bon moment au sein du domaine du Cazes , la dégustation, par Matthias était enrichissante et ludique. Le repas était gourmand, plein de saveurs et les vins étaient à la hauteur de nos plats . Un moment suspendu pendant nos vacances, nous vous conseillons de découvrir cet endroit hors du temps. Merci encore.

Na een warme ontvangst kregen we een aantal fraaie droge wijnen, wit, rosé en rood te proeven. Vakkundige begeleiding door een zeer sympathieke hostess. Korte rondleiding gekregen langs de wijnvaten met versterkte wijn, daarna nog een aantal fraaie zoete(re) wijnen mogen proeven. We zijn met een paar fraaie exemplaren richting ons vakantie adres gegaan!

Todo genial, super atento, los vinos muy buenos. Muy cercano y dispuesto a explicar todo. Pero no hablan castellano. Muchas gracias por vuestra visita, nos ha gustado mucho :)

Excellente dégustation très conviviale et le repas était parfait avec un personnel très accueillant. Nous recommandons l'expérience .

La bodega es pequeñita en tamaño pero grande en sus vinos y la atención. Los vinos absolutamente maravillosos. Es difícil decidir cuál comprarpara traer a casa. La atención fué la mejor que tuvimos en todas las visitas que efectuamos. Imperdible si se está por la zona.

Eric nous a très bien accueilli. C’est toujours un moment unique lorsque l’on parle à un passionné, qui d’autant plus est là depuis 25 ans. Anecdotes sur la Maison Cazes ou connaissances techniques sur le vin, c’est un moment privilégié. Merci !

Highly recommended, exceptional experience with our host and such generous hospitality. Had the opportunity to taste a great range of wines in a lovely setting.The restaurant was also fantastic, the food and service were both excellent.The wines themselves were varied in style and offered some lovely surprises!I've done a lot of tastings, have formal wine qualifications, and this experience really stands out for me.
