About the winery

Passionate about our profession and our beautiful region, our family has been working for 3 generations within the winery Les Roches Bleues, located at the foot of the majestic Mont Brouilly. As dynamic winegrowers, we produce wines in the pure expression of our terroirs and according to the principles of agro-ecology.

Nous avons tout vu, de la vigne jusqu’à la bouteille. Superbe expérience ! Jonathan a été super avec nous. Il nous a parlé avec passion son métier et nous a présenté les différentes étapes de l’élaboration du vin. Nous avons aussi pu goûter 5 vins différents. Je recommande vivement cette expérience.

Parcours du pied des vignes à la salle de dégustation top… avec Jonathan très compétent … on apprend plein de choses! on reviendra c’est certain! Juste un plus à prévoir à l’avenir : un petit cadeau souvenir surtout pour les groupes

From visiting the grapes and discussion pruning techniques, to following the journey of the grapes from vat to barrel, and then to the business end of tasting the resulting wines, our visit to Domaine Les Roches Bleues was delightful. All of the wines tasted were well made, with examples of three in particular leaving the Domaine in our pocession.

Hospitable introduction to Beaujolais wines, with generous tasting opportunities ranging from very young to 4-5 year-old wines. Good English. Good facilities. Tours and tastings were in our case run by the winemakers themselves.
