Great tour
Par Michelle pour Discovery of the domaine Joliet winery il y a 14 jours 4.7
We really enjoyed this tour during our Burgundy visit. The owner was knowledgeable and went between French and English to ensure we could also understand. We spent maybe 10 min at the edge of the vines and the rest in the cellar for the tasting and other processes. The 12th century press was also very cool! Wines were lovely as well and started at €30-€60/bottle.
Met the winemaker

Our host was the owner/winemaker and he provided a wonderful tour of the vineyards and cellars. This included showing us a wine press from the year 1142. The premiere cru wine is delicious!
Great wine & authentic domaine!

The wine tasting and tour were great, both guided by the man in charge of the domaine. Their story is very authentic and special, this is definitely transmitted in their tour. The wines are of great quality and something special that you would not find in just any local store. Totally worth it!
Amazing taste of history
Par Dean pour Discovery of the domaine Joliet winery il y a un mois 5
We were treated to a small group tour of this amazingly unique place in a most personable manner by the owner and operator of the historic winery. We were one of only five couples who booked the tour this time. Mr Joliet conducted the tour in [excellent] English, as that suited all on this occasion. The setting is stunning, peaceful and serene - beautiful vineyards, set against thick forest and a 13th century winery built by monks. The story and history of the establishment is breathtaking, and the delicate small volume wines are too good to pass up. We were provided both expert information on the local wine production, and some wonderful tuition on how to taste them. This is an unmissable stop on your visit to Dijon and Burgundy. The treat at the end was that the whole cost of the tour and tasting was deducted from our wine purchase.
