We had a great tour of the winery and enjoyed hearing about the harvest and wine making. The contrast between the scale of the steel vats and the barrels and eggs in which the wine matures was fascinating. Based on a chat about our usual preferences, our guide made a great choice of wines for us to taste including the chance to compare a Viognier matured in steel with one matured in oak. It is to our shame we did not get the name of our guide, she was brilliant! Overall an excellent visit, thoroughly recommended.
